| 摘 要： | 技术创新活跃的任何一个时代,历史证明都是伴随着人文创新的导引,无一例外。"没有文化的科技是没有灵魂的,没有科技的文化是没有未来的。"我国科技创新的人文土壤贫瘠。文化创新是科技创新的内动力的主要内容包括科技创新需要文化沃土,文化创新为科技创新引领方向、提供动力(精神、智力)、提供环境(制度环境、社会环境、生活环境)等。

| Abstract: | The history has proven technological innovation is active in any era,which is associated with guidance of humanistic innovation,without exception."There is no soul without cultural technology,and there is no future without technological culture." Humanistic soil of China's technological innovation is barren.Cultural innovation is the endogenetic force of technological innovation,and the main contents include technological innovation requires cultural fertile ground and cultural innovation leads the direction,technological innovation provides power(spirit,intelligence) and environments(institutional environment,social environment and living environment). |
