楼面裂缝的具体原因及其防治措施

由于混凝土承重能力强、性能好,因此被广泛应用于当代建筑工程中,是工程建设中不可或缺的材料之一。但是无论施工过程多么严谨,还是会出现深浅长度及样式都不相同的裂纹,影响建筑物美观程度和使用性能。如果居民楼表面出现裂痕,往往会使用水发生渗漏,从而毁坏家庭装修,引起客户投诉索赔等一系列问题。目前,混凝土裂缝成为绝大多数的建筑工程中难于攻克的问题。本文对目前混凝土出现的裂缝问题作了简要阐述,并结合产生原因提出相应的解决措施。

The Specific Reasons for Floor Cracks and the Prevention and Control Measures

As the strong load-bearing capacity and good performance of concrete,it is widely used in modern building project and has becomes one of the indispensable materials of engineering construction.But no matter how rigorous the construction process,it will appear the different kind of cracks which will affect the aesthetic appearance and using performance of the building.If there are cracks in floor surface,it will tend to water leakage,thereby destroying the family decoration and causing a series of problems,like customer complaints and claims.At present,concrete crack is most difficult problem to overcome in building engineering.In this paper,the present concrete crack problems are briefly described,and the corresponding settlement measures are put forward.
