| 摘 要： | 本文对同步器总成中同步环、结合齿、齿套、齿毂、滑块之间形成的各种径向、轴向间隙结合实际中同步器的多种失效后果:打齿、无法摘档、三锥同步器中内环三爪脱出、寿命短失效、怠速噪音、挂档卡滞等分析研究,得出同步器设计中的技巧及方法。

| Abstract: | As a critical component in automotive mechanical transmission,synchronizer is highly related to the driving performance and shift quality.In addition to the elements such as friction material,multi-cone,friction coefficient etc.that people habitually pay attention to during synchronizer design,clearance between synchronizer hub,sleeve,key and ring is particularly a critical factor in present synchronizer failure. |
