摘    要:教师是教育发展的重要资源,是学生全面发展与终身学习的引领者、支持者和促进者。时代发展要求教师不断地学习提高,故创新教师的培训工作是一项紧迫而艰巨的任务。教师培训是一个长期的、比较庞大的系统性工作。本文结合教师培训工作的实践谈谈如何走出一条让教师主动持续发展之路的认识和做法。

Abstract:Teachers are the important education development resources,and are the leader,supporter and facilitator of the students' all-round development and life-long learning.The development of the times requires teachers to learn and improve themselves,so it is an urgent and arduous task to innovate teacher training.Teacher training is a long-term and relatively larger systematic work.In this paper,the awareness and practices practice on how to get out of a road for the initiative and sustainable development of teachers by combining with of teacher training practices.
