谈原州区防汛经验及做好防汛工作的建议

防汛工作是关系人民群众生命财产安全的一项大事,任务艰巨,责任重大。本文对原州区2010年防汛工作做了简要回顾。原州区的防汛工作取得了一定的成绩,仍然存在着许多问题和不足之处。结合原州区近年来面临的的防汛形势,本文对如何做好以后的防汛工作提出了几点建议,如科学调度,全面开展水库防汛安全大检查,认真落实好各项非工程措施,加强防汛值班,做好灾情统计上报工作,妥善处理防汛与兴利关系等。

Experience and Recommendations of Flood Prevention in Yuanzhou District

Flood prevention work is a major problem on people's lives and property safety,this task is arduous and of great significance.This paper did a brief review on the flood prevention work in Yuanzhou district in 2010.Flood prevention work of Yuanzhou district has made some achievements,but there are still many problems and inadequacies.Combining with the flood prevention situation faced by Yuanzhou district in recent years,this paper put forward some suggestions on how to do well the flood prevention work,such as,making scientific control,carrying out a comprehensive safety inspection of reservoir flood control,earnestly implementing the various non-engineering measures,strengthening duty and doing well disaster statistics work,and properly handling the relationship between flood control and hennessy,and so on.
