高校学生突发事件项目管理探析

近年来,项目管理逐步发展成为管理科学的分支学科,从最初的航天、建筑等领域推广应用到金融、医药等各个领域,已日趋完善和成熟,并表现出强大的生命力。高校学生突发事件项目管理是现代项目管理新的研究领域和必然的发展方向,也是高校学生突发事件管理项目建设的必然要求。本文借助项目视角,结合高校学生突发事件的特点,将突发事件管理全过程的生命周期划分为预防管理、应急处理和善后处理三个阶段,并以此为主线对突发事件的管理全过程进行剖析。

Analysis on University Students' Emergency Project Management

In recent years,project management gradually developed into the branch of management science,used widely from the initial space,construction to financial,medicine and other areas,and has become increasingly perfect and mature,and show strong vitality.University students' emergency project management is a new research field and the inevitable trend of modern project management,and the inevitable requirement of project construction of college student emergency management.Based on the project perspective,combined with the characteristics of college students' emergencies,the life cycle of the emergency management is divided into three stages,such as prevention management,emergency treatment,and good post-processing,and thus analyzes the emergency management process.
