| 摘 要： | 构建城市交通低碳发展评价指标体系是对城市交通低碳建设进行评价的基础。本文在对城市交通低碳发展的概念以及作用机理分析的基础上,以"驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应"模型为依据构建评价指标体系框架,并结合城市交通发展的实际对所涉及要素进行分析,建立城市交通低碳发展指标体系。

| Abstract: | The evaluating index system of urban low carbon development is the foundation of the assessment in the urban traffic low carbon construction.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the urban transport low carbon development,the Driver-Pressure-StatusImpact-Response(DPSIR) model was used to set up an initial evaluating index system framework.The paper analyses every component of DPSIR model and establishs the index system,taking full account of the development situation of urban traffic. |
