| 摘 要： | 工程施工质量管理,对于整个工程的建设和能否发挥应有的作用非常重要。本文通过昆钢新区炼铁工程的建设实践,对人、材料、机械、方法和环境几方面的质量控制进行论述,希望对昆钢其他工程项目建设有着指导意义。另外,本文还体会并参考总结提出一些新的概念及相应的措施以强化工程质量管理,寄望对解决目前工程施工质量监管中普遍存在的问题起到一定的警示作用。

| Abstract: | Engineering construction quality management is significant to the project construction and its role.Through the construction practice of KunSteel new area ironmaking project,this paper discusses the quality control in human,materials,machinery,methods,and environment,hoping to provide reference for the other engineering construction.In addition,this paper also puts forward new concepts and corresponding measures to strengthen project quality control,hoping to solve the problems existing in the project construction quality supervision. |
