湖南电信多媒体客服的SWOT分析

摘    要:3G技术的出现和发展,既为客户提供了更多、更广、更便捷的通信业务和产品,与此同时又是以高速宽带多媒体通信为代表的全新技术手段,在一定程度上催生了3G时代电信企业客服中心的多媒体运营模式。本文利用SWOT分析法对湖南电信多媒体客服进行内、外部考察,分析其优势和劣势,探寻其机遇与威胁,进而明确湖南电信多媒体客服的核心竞争力,为湖南电信的快速稳定发展提供理论基础和现实依据。

Abstract:The emergence and development of the 3G technology,both provides customers with more and more comprehensive and more convenient communication service and products,and is a high speed broadband multimedia communication as a representative of new technical means,to a certain extent,led to the multimedia operation mode of 3G era telecom enterprise service center.This paper make a internal and external investigation on Hunan telecommunication multimedia service to,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,explores the opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis,and then clear core competitiveness of Hunan telecommunication multimedia service,and providing theoretical basis and practical basis for the rapid and stable development of Hunan Telecom.
