| 摘 要： | 本文从新的视角———核心竞争力的角度剖析了我国民营企业“短命”的深层原因 ,从而指出 ,我国民营企业要从根本上摆脱“短命”的命运 ,必须从培养核心竞争力入手。接着 ,文章对培养核心竞争力的方法进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The paper expains the deep cause of the Chinese private enterprise's ephemerality from the new angle of view--the core competence.Thereby,it point out that if the private enterprise want radically to get rid of the destiny of ephemerality,they must start with to foster the core competence.In succession,the paper tell the way of how fostering the core competence. |
