国际金融危机背景下中国遭受反倾销及应对特征研究

受国际金融危机影响,国际贸易保护主义抬头,中国遭遇反倾销形势严峻,严重影响中国的出口贸易。应用引入执行率、反倾销对称率及反倾销强度指数三个指标,从中国遭受反倾销及应对反击的总体特征、产品结构及其国别结构三方面进行了分析,发现国际金融危机下国外对华实行有针对性集中贸易反倾销攻击,借以转嫁国内经济危机,相对而言,中国没有充分对等地运用反倾销贸易保护手段。同时还提出相应的政策建议,以减少反倾销措施的不利影响。

The Anti- dumping China suffered and the Countermeasures in the International Financial Crisis

The country distribution of anti - dumping against China shows remarkable difference. The countries affected by the international economic crisis seriously become the main force of anti - dumping against China for the purpose of transferring their crisis. The frequency distribution of anti - dumping is significantly different for Chinese various products. The rate of executing anti - dumping against China is in a high level. The AD symmetry rate against other countries is low, which is very disadvantageous for China to enter a plea. At last the paper offers some relative policy suggestions to reduce the adverse effects of anti - dumping measures.
