| 摘 要： | 在对大样本民营企业治理特征和治理模式分析的基础上，探讨了民营企业治理结构与企业绩效的关系，结果发现，非家族企业的企业绩效较高，古典家族企业次之，其他类型家族企业的绩效较低。因此，随着民营企业的发展，不断进行企业治理结构改革，合理选择企业治理模式，对民营企业的顺利发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the features and modes of corporate governance in Chinese private enterprises, the relation between corporate governance structure and corporate performance is discussed. Results show that the performanee of non, family enterprises is better, followed by classical enterprises, and then other family enterprises. Therefore, with the development of private enterprises, it is of great significance for the smooth development of private enterprises to constantly reform corporate governance structure and to choose the fight governance mode. |
