摘    要:海藻酸钙纤维是将海藻酸钠碱性浓溶液经过喷丝板挤出后送入含钙离子的酸性凝固浴中,海藻酸钠与钙离子发生离子交换的湿法纺丝而形成。海藻酸钙纤维在含盐溶液中会发生纤维内部离子的交换而导致纤维的溶胀甚至溶解。本文通过海藻酸钙纤维在不同条件的KCl、NaCl及HCl溶液中的变化,探讨海藻酸钙纤维的溶胀性能。结果表明,溶液pH对海藻酸钙纤维溶胀性影响显著,在中性条件下60-65℃的25%(o.w.f.)盐溶液中或65℃、20%(o.w.f.)的HCl溶液中浸泡20min时具有最大溶胀性,就对海藻酸钙纤维溶胀性能的影响而言,K+>Na+>H+。

Abstract:Calcium alginate fibers prepared by the wet spinning.The alkaline solution of sodium alginate,after extrusion from the spinneret,and then calcium ions into the acidic coagulation bath.Then sodium alginate and calcium ion exchange occurs,that is the formation of insoluble calcium alginate fiber.Calcium alginate fibers occur in the salt solution within the ion exchange fiber,resulting in swelling or dissolving the fiber.In this paper,Calcium alginate fibers were treatred in KCl solution,NaCl solution and HCl solution at different condition,tested fiber's weight gain rate characterization as the swelling properties of calcium alginate fibers.The results showed that:Effect of pH on calcium alginate fibers significantly affect the swelling.Calcium alginate fiber has the biggest swelling effect when treated at the condition pH=7,60-65℃ and 25% (o.w.f.) NaCl or KCl solution for 20 min,and the same for 65℃,20% (o.w.f.) HCl solution is at 65℃.K+ has the biggest effected for Calcium alginate fiber's swelling than that of Na+ and H+.
