| 摘 要： | 社区信息化的构建模式决定了其能否可持续地满足社区以及居民的需求。文章从我国实际情况出发揭示了我国社区信息化的发展态势以及建设过程中遇到的关键问题，并在此基础上尝试构建科学的社区信息化建设模式。

| Abstract: | The mode of construction with the information-based community comes to a decision that whether it can be able to keep on with the demands to the community and residents. This paper, based on the actual circumstance in China, expounds the situations and the key problems of the information-based community, then tries to set up a scientific mode of construction with the information-based community. |
