摘    要:客户物流需求是专业物流企业发展的基础.弄清客户的真正需要,满足其需要,为客户提供高附加值的“魅力”服务,是物流企业赢得客户的“灵丹妙药”。文章对客户的物流服务需求进行了多角度分析。进湎指出了专业物流企业经营管理的要点。即为客户提供附加值服务、完善自身软硬件建设、建立双赢战略。

Abstract:The customer requirement in the logistics is the developmental foundation of normal logistics company. Providing the services attached high value, based on understanding and meeting the customer's real needs, is a good idea to make the customer satisfactory. In this paper, by analyzing the customer requirements in the logistics service from variety angle of view, some business tips for normal logistics company are pointed out, such as providing additive service and establish- ing software and hardware and developing the balance strategy etc.
