| 摘 要： | 将企业的人力资本引进视为投资而提出了“企业人力资本引进投资”概念,提出了以可行性为决策目标的企业人力资本引进投资决策方法。为了全面地评价企业人力资本引进投资的可行性,从人力资本质量、企业内部环境、投资效益三个方面构建了企业人力资本引进投资可行性的评价指标体系,运用多层次灰色评价法进行投资可行性评价和投资方案选择,并进行了方法应用举例。

| Abstract: | The concept of human capital in enterprise investment is put forward for the decision-making.In order to evaluate the feasibility of human capital investment in enterprises comprehensively,a feasibility evaluation index system is built,which covers three aspects-the quality of human capital,the interior environment of enterprises and investment benefit.It demonstrates how to conduct the evaluation on investment the feasibility and the rules of scheme selection with the multilevel grey evaluation method. |
