| 摘 要： | 城市空间发展应注重"质"的提高,而不应单纯追求"量"的扩张.本文认为生态城市规划建设的核心是城市空间结构生态化和城市功能群生态化,提出了基于自然、社会和经济特征的城市空间生态分区方案和建设导则,构建城市生态网架,优化调整城市空间整体布局以及城市产业和城市人居布局,并运用"三地动态平衡"理论对城市土地资源的开发利用进行时空安排与调控,从而引导城市空间形态的合理演化.

| Abstract: | City spatial planning should emphasize on connotation improving not only area enlarging.Two cores of eco-spatial structure and eco-functions of eco-city planning are put forward.Plotting out ecological function districts and constructing eco-frame,optimizing the layout of city industry and housing basing on the situation of nature,society and economy of the city,and adjusting land utilization according to the theory of balance on three sorts of land to induct the evolution of city configuration. |
