| 摘 要： | 我国已走过了31年的改革历程,今后大约还需要30年左右的时间。将前31年的改革称为前改革时代,将未来30年的改革称为后改革时代。后改革时代的主题是构建新和谐社会,性质是实现由革命到建设的转变,任务是实现城乡、人地、经社、区域、竞合、计市等的一体化,实现途径是走聚集化、渗透化与融合化之路。
