邵东民营经济的发展现状及对策研究

本文分析了邵东县民营经济发展的现状,认为县域民营经济的发展具有与体制创新相结合的特点,但县域民营经济的发展又被思想保守、人才匮乏、管理落后等内部因素所困扰同时也被融资、环境等外部因素所阻碍,因此,促进县域民营经济的健康快速发展必须走更新观念、创新机制、整治环境、引导投资、拓宽渠道、提供服务的新路子。

The thesis analyzed the present condition of the county - level civil- running economy in Shaodong. The development of county - level civil -running economy is featured by mechanic invention . The factors that hinder its further development include conventional concepts, lack of talents, backward management etc. What is more, such disadvantages as meager capital, poor invest environment also paralyze its growth. Therefore, priority should be given to renewing ideas, inventing new mechanism, bettering invest environment, introducing capital and providing sound service.
