| Abstract: | It has become the strongest melody to deepen the reforming of the state-owned enterprise in the current econoimic society. By analyzing the reformation of state-owned enterprise, the article points out the problems that have occurred during the process of managing the state-owned enterprise and brings forth opinions about how to optimize managing system of the state-owned enterpise. |
