| 摘 要： | 明确开放式创新对于校企和谐共治的重要作用，分析开放式创新中校企和谐共治的特点与优势，据此对开放式创新的校企和谐共治机制进行研究。重点分析技术与商业模式契合、知识产权推介、知识传播与共享和风险投资发展等四个校企和谐共治的要素，并从动力机制、调控机制和保障机制等视角分析校企和谐共治效率的提升。
