| 摘 要： | 信任对维护企业间关系起着非常重要的作用。本文揭示了在大多数企业间关系模式中,由于制约机制的客观存在,维护企业间关系实际上是理性信任,并由此推导出制度上的完善是促成企业间关系长久发展的现实途径。

| Abstract: | Trust is a key variable in maintaining inter-firm relations. This paper reveals that, due to the existence of deterrence mechanism, it is rational trust that plays the crucial role in inter- firm relations. And, thus, a long term inter - firm relation is only made possible by a sound institution. |
