| 摘 要： | “分配”尤其是物质利益的分配，情牵亿万民众，关乎百姓利益。利益分配的不公正，必将引起社会的不和谐。本文拟在探讨分配不公的表现及原因的基础上，提出运用分配杠杆缩小贫富差距、促进和谐社会建设的若干思考和对策。

| Abstract: | The author considers that the distribution problem, distribution of material benefits in special, concerns with the benefits for billions and millions of people. The inequality in wealth distribution will give rise to an unharmonious society. This paper puts forward some thoughts and ways to reduce the gap between the rich and poor, and improve the construction cf a harmonious society by the application of distribution levers on the basis of discussing the expressions and causes of unfair distribution. |
