| 摘 要： | 介绍了TOPSWITCH功率器件与功率驱动模块UC3844的工作原理、电气性能、使用方法。用该2种器件分别设计出2台30W电源适配器，对它们的电气性能、电路结构、性价比、可靠性等进行了分析和比较。

Electric index, circuit configuration cost-effectiveness and reliabilities are analysed, tested and compared. |
