声表面波射频识别系统的发展与应用

介绍了声表面波射频识别系统(Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequency Identification Devices,SAW RFID）的结构、声表面波器件的工作原理以及特点，回顾了声表面波技术的发展，并分别从军用和民用两方面总结了SAW RFID的应用，提出了SAW RFID系统在实现上的关键技术和技术难点。最后指出，随着这项技术的发展，将使物联网再次发生质的飞跃，实现良好社会效益。

Development and application of RFID based on surface acoustic wave

The structure,principles and characteristic of Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequency Identification Devices(SAW RFID) are introduced.The development of Surface Acoustic Wave(SAW) is reviewed.The military and civilian applications of SAW RFID are summarized.Finally,the key technology and technical problems of SAW RFID are proposed.It is pointed out that with the development of SAW technology,the Internet of Things(IoT) will undergo a qualitative change in terms of capacity, technology and service so as to achieve good economic and social benefits.
