| 摘 要： | 全面推进旅游业转型升级是当前我国旅游业一项战略性工作。文章以安徽省黄山市为例，通过对我国旅游业转型升级的背景和黄山市旅游业转型升级的必要性进行分析，针对黄山市旅游业发展现状和制约因素，提出转型升级的要求及整合旅游资源、调整产品结构，优化旅游产业结构、提升企业竞争力，完善旅游设施、营造优良环境，加强旅游人才队伍建设、加快技术创新等推动黄山市旅游业转型升级的措施。
