摘    要:基于模糊数学理论的创新型企业绩效管理系统是经济领域正在探索的重要课题.随着经济环境的不断发展变化,知识资本、信息资本、企业创新氛围等无形资产和以人力资源为载体的智力资本正发展成为企业创造价值的重要源泉;同时,现代企业管理中除了要关注企业内部管理水平的提高外,更应注重客户满意度、企业产品市场占有率等外部因素.以企业绩效管理理论知识为基础,将改进的模糊层次分析法引入企业绩效管理系统,构建基于IFAHP和EVA的合理、有效、稳定的企业绩效管理模型,为企业绩效管理提供一条全新的途径.

Abstract:Innovative enterprise performance evaluation system based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics is the important issues that econotnic field are exploring. When economic conditions continue to develop and change, Knowledge capital, information capital, business innovation atmosphere and intangible assets,such as human resources for the carrier to the intellectual capital being developed as value - creating enterprises an important source. Meanwhilethe modem enterprise management not only concern about the praise of internal management, but also pay More attention to customer satisfaction and market share of products such external factors. Based on Enterprise Performance Management theoretical knowledge, introducing IFAHP to corporate performance management system,Constructing ressonable,effective and stable enterprise performance management model based on the IFAHP and EVA,it provide a new avenue for enterprise performance management.
