我国欠发达地区人力资源能力建设的重点目标和策略

摘    要:加强人力资源能力建设是我国欠发达地区培育和发展自身的核心竞争力,实现赶超和跨越式发展目标的第一位的基础工作。本文在分析了制约我国欠发达地区人力资源能力建设主要因素的基础上,着重阐述了加强我国欠发达地区人力资源能力建设的重点目标和主要策略。

Abstract:Strengthening construction of human resources is a core competitive power which is helpful to develop China's underdeveloped regions and the most basic work for them to reach the goal of overtaking and leap development. The paper focuses on the main target and strategy of constructing human resources on the basis of analyzing the main factors that the restrict construction of human resources in China's underdeveloped region.
