论我国的收入分配、金融资产增长与消费需求变动

消费需求是社会总需求的重要组成部分 ,同时又是影响预期投资收益率并进而影响投资需求的重要因素。在社会总需求不足的背景下 ,实现我国经济的稳定发展 ,必须扩大消费需求 ,并通过消费需求的扩张带动投资需求的扩大。扩大消费需求 ,主要应着力于提高低收入阶层的可支配收入水平 ,关键是增加农民收入。宏观经济政策应以扩大就业为首要目标。

To maintain a sustained, rapid and sound national economy development by pursuing the principle of stimulating domestic demand and adopting the proactive fiscal policy and the sound monetary policy, stimulating consumption demand so as to expand investment demand. Bearing in mind the objective of common prosperity, we should try to raise the proportion of the middle-income group and increase the income of the low-income group, increase f the income of farmers and protect their interests especially. At the same time, do everything possible to create more jobs.
