河北民营企业成长制约因素及对策研究

民营企业对我国的经济发展做出了突出贡献,但是在快速成长和演进的同时也面临着一些制约因素。结合河北省民营企业的实证研究,问卷调查表明,制约民营企业成长与演进的众多因素可划分为表层因素和深层因素,资金、人才、制度因素是民营企业成长与演进的表层因素;企业家精神、产权治理、管理体制和创新系统是影响民营企业成长与演进的深层因素,深层因素的解决直接决定着表层因素的解决。

Constraints and Countermeasures on Growth of Hebei Private Enterprise

The private enterprise has made an outstanding contribution to China′s economic development,but it faced with some constraints at the same time of fast-growing and evolving.The empirical study on private enterprises in Hebei Province showed that factors restricting the growth and evolution of private enterprises could be divided into surface elements and underlying factors.Finance,talent person,institutional factor were surface factors;entrepreneurial spirit,property rights governance,management systems and innovation systems were underlying factors;the solution of underlying factors directly determined the solution of surface elements.
