| 摘 要： | 集群创业作为一种为创造竞争优势而形成的产业空间组织形式具有的群体竞争优势和集聚发展的规模效益是其他形式无法比拟的。本研究以清河羊绒产业集群为对象，采用访谈法和问卷调查法，了解了清河羊绒产业集群创业环境现状与问题，并提出相关的政策与建议，为其他地区发展集群、推动区域创业、提升区域竞争力提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship as a cluster to create a competitive advantage for the formation of the organizational form of industrial space groups have a competitive advantage and agglomeration economies of scale development is unmatched by other forms.The paper makes study of the entrepreneurial environment of Qinhe Wool Industry Cluster. It uses the reseach method of personal talking and questionare to know the situation and the problems. Finally we give some suggestions to impove The entrepreneurial environment of Qinhe Wool Industry Cluster and other related clusters. |
