| 摘 要： | 随着关税等传统贸易保护措施逐渐的淡化,技术性贸易壁垒以其自身保护手段的合法和隐蔽性,受到了各国的欢迎和广泛运用。这时,技术性贸易壁垒的保护绩效及其影响因素就成为需要明确和研究的重点问题。相关的研究文献为本文的研究提供了框架和基础,由此出发,论文分析了国内市场规模、产品替代程度、市场竞争程度以及产品的供需弹性与技术性贸易壁垒保护绩效之间的相关关系。

| Abstract: | As tariff and other traditional trade protection measures desalting, technical barriers to trade was welcomed and widely used by each country because of its legal and concealment characters. Therefore, it becomes important to define the protection performance of technical barriers to trade and its influence factor. Related research literatures provide the paper a frame and base. From this, the paper analyzed the relationships between the domestic market scale, substitution degree of products, competition degree of market, demand-supply elasticity of products and the protection performance. |
