| Abstract: | The Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act or JOBS Act,is a law to encourage funding of United States small businesses by easing various securities regulations and improving the link between those businesses with capital market.It was approved with bipartisan support and was signed into law by U.S.President Obama on April 5,2012.In this paper,we first introduce the content and the possible impact of the JOBS Act,then we analyze its inspiration and reference to the development of China’s capital market. |
