| Abstract: | This thesis proceeds from the present situation of the management of our country's forest resources.After analyzing the real right's legal structure of forest resources,its intrinsic characteristics and the problems that have to be settled urgently,it puts forward a conception about improving real right's legislation of our country's forest resources,in order to realize the protection as well as the sustainable use of forest resources under a perfect legal system. |
