| 摘 要： | 我国经济快速发展过程中矿业废弃地的数量也在大幅度增加。由于投融资体制不顺,矿业废弃地复垦率较低。文章提出创新矿业废弃地复垦投融资体制,将矿业废弃地复垦转变为能产生良性投入产出循环的产业,建立以社会资本为主,政府财政资金和国际资本参与的多元化融资渠道,解决矿业废弃地复垦率低的问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid economic development,the amount of mining wasteland is increasing rapidly.But because of un-improving reclamation investment and financial mechanism,the reclamation rate is very low.This paper puts forward the next proposals: innovate the investment and financial mechanism of mining wasteland reclamation,convert mining wasteland reclamation into a business with the good financial input-output,establish the multi-channel financial support for mining wasteland reclamation,such as government finance,social capital and international capital in order to solve the problems of low reclamation rate of mining wasteland reclamation. |
