| 摘 要： | 科学地研究制定中国高速铁路技术标准,是建设高速铁路的首要工作。制定高速铁路标准是艰巨、复杂、长期的过程,必须结合国情遵循客观规律,依靠中国现有铁路技术骨干,加强基本理论和基础学科的科研试验,科学设计、反复验证,同时扩大国际合作和技术引进。

| Abstract: | The first step to develop Chinese high speed railway must be establishing the related Chinese standards, which is a hard, complex and long-term process. Therefore, we must combine it with our country's conditions, follow objective principles, depend on present railway technical mainstaies, and enhance basic theories and discipline tests to make scientific designs and repeated verification. At the same time, we should enlarge international cooperation and technique introduction. |
