Research on Application of Integrated Management Thought in PMC Model

This paper illustrates the main content and characteristic of integrated management thought, and it also illustrates various phases of every management mode in which integrated management thought is applied. The paper emphasizes the definition, organization structure, characteristic, advantage and applying area, and it also brings concurrent engineering into PMC management model. In order to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the engineering project, PIP information communication method is used in project to make information communication more effectual, and each member can constitutes integrated project team by a new cooperation relation.
