| 摘 要： | 本文指出,印度已经具有促进经济持续高速增长的发展概念、推动经济持续高速增长的巨大需求、保证经济持续高速增长的发展潜力、推动经济持续高速增长的诸多优势和保证经济持续高速增长的国际环境。作者认为,只要印度政府采取适当的社会经济政策,在一个较长的时期内,印度经济是能够保持持续高速增长的。
