摘    要:章针对目前我国中小城市房地产市场发展缓慢的情况,在分析了其主要的影响因素后,从小区规划方面、工程质量管理等方面提出了大力发展我国中小城市房地产市场的对策。

Abstract:Aiming at the slow development of real estate consumption market of middle and small cities in China, the main influencing factors are analyzed. Then, the countermeasures are presented from the aspects of areola planning, project quality control etc. to speed up the development of real estate market of middle and small cities.
