| 摘 要： | 产能分散导致了我国制造商采购成本过高问题。面对国际垄断供应商，国内制造商如何选取进口策略具有现实意义。在建立两制造商单供应商的两级供应链模型基础上，采用动态博弈方法，分析了供求双方竞购小制造商的并购进口策略的有效性。结论表明，在并购进口策略中，如供应商可参与并购活动，其并购主动性高于大制造商，并购价格高于大制造商，并购后局面不利于制造商，建议保护国内中小制造商，限制跨国供应商对我国下游制造商的并购活动。

| Abstract: | The decentralized capacity leads to the high source price. How to find out the source strategy to help the manufacturer against high price from monopoly supplier is a question worth to be done. We setup 2 level supply chain model with one monopoly supplier and two manufacturers, and by using game theory, we check the available of the source strategy after acquisition.
