| 摘 要： | 陕西省在西部大开发中的地位举足轻重。其经济的加速发展对人口、资源和经济的协调发展提出了更高的要求。只有在全省形成协调发展理念、促进循环经济发展、积极推动高新技术产业化、做好公益和基础设施工作，才能实现陕西省人口、资源和经济的协调发展，最终实现西部的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The role of Shaanxi in the western-development project is very important, it is necessary to research on the harmonious development of population, resources and economy in Shaanxi . If sustainable development of western area want to be achieved, it is indispensable to form the concept of harmonious development, promote the development of circulation economy, develop industries involving high technology and improve infrastructure and public services. |
