| 摘 要： | 随着国有企业改革改制工作的深入开展,改制企业党建工作出现了新的问题,面临着新的挑战。文章分析了当前改制企业党建工作存在的主要问题,对如何在新形势下加强改制企业党建工作、发挥党组织作用进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the promotion of reconstructing and reform work for state-owned enterprises, the work on Party building in enterprises after restructuring has faced new problems. The article analyzes the main problems in it at present, discusses how to strengthen this work in the new situation and play the full role of Party organizations, and proposes the related countermeasures. |
