| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前海洋开发带来的生态环境问题,提出了实施海洋生态管理的必要性。简述了海洋生态系统及其功能,介绍了生态管理、海洋生态管理的内涵、特征及其作用。探讨了海洋生态管理目标体系的构建及实施海洋生态管理的具体实施步骤。最后对我国实施海洋生态管理提出了几点措施和建议。

| Abstract: | Pointing to the problems of ocean eco-environment,this paper puts forward the indispensability of actualizing oceanecosystem management.It breifly talks about oceanecosystem and its function,introducts the connotation、characters and actions of ecosystem management and oceanecosystem management.It discusses on construcing oceanecosystem management object system,and brings forward concrete implementary steps.Finally,the paper offers several measures and proposals on implementing oceanecosystem management in our country. |
