| 摘 要： | 解决中小企业的融资难问题,须从以下几个方面着手:进一步完善中小企业融资的法律环境、健全金融机构体系、健全中小企业信用担保市场、完善货币市场与资本市场、进一步健全对中小企业的政府资金支持系统,加强中小企业素质与信用建设,加强与发展中小企业战略联盟。

| Abstract: | To solve the difficulties of finance of medium-small enterprises, we must do the following things: to perfect the legal environment of finance for medium-small enterprises and financial institution system; to build credit guarantee market for them; to improve capital and money markets; to perfect governmental funds supporting system for them; to strengthen the construction of credit and quality of them and the strategic alliance of medium-small enterprises. |
