| 摘 要： | 现行宅基地用地标准在土地管理中没有发挥很好的作用,主要是由于对户的界定、宅基地范围的限定不明确,宅基地面积标准的规定缺少实施细则,而且规定宅基地面积标准剥夺了农村居民选择居住面积的权利。解决这些问题,应以人为单位分配宅基地并与有偿取得相结合的方式来确定宅基地用地标准。

| Abstract: | The paper first analyses the imperfection aspects with regard to the current land use standard for building house.With a view to make a clear definition of household,and the restriction of the scope of land for building house,as well as the rules for the implementation of the standard of homestead area,the paper makes a proposal that to determine the land use standard for building house should distribute land in individual and acquire with compensation. |
