| 摘 要： | 建设旅游诚信,是旅游目的地政府不可或缺的重要职责。面对当前严重的旅游诚信危机,各级政府积极投入旅游诚信建设,做了大量卓有成效的工作,但也陷入了“单边建设”、“市场进入”的误区。为此,政府必须努力走出误区,通过旅游管理职责的责任化、权限化,实现旅游诚信建设的健康、有序发展。

| Abstract: | It is the government's indispensable duty to build up credit in tourism industry.As a matter of fact,the government has made tremendous effort for the building up of the credit of tourism at present time when such credit is plummeting,yet it might as well fall into the mistakes of "unilateral priority" and "market access".For this reason,the government should make it right by limiting the power of the tourism administration while emphasizing its responsibility to promote the credit in tourism industry. |
