新时期浙江农产品冷链物流发展的问题与对策

21世纪以来,浙江农产品冷链物流的发展主要经历了探索萌芽期、普及发展期和提质升级期三个阶段,取得了冷链基础设施持续强化、转运和分拣包装承载能力不断加强、市场规模显著扩大的成绩。但资源结构不均衡、中间环节较为复杂、企业增收盈利困难、科技支撑不足、缺少专业人才等问题仍明显存在,因此,需进一步加强对农产品冷链物流的政策支持,强化智慧物流与数字农业融合对接,加大对新标准的探索实践等,不断推动浙江农产品冷链物流实现新发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Cold Chain Logistics Development for Agricultural Products in Zhejiang Province in New Period

The paper points out that since the 21st century,the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Zhejiang has mainly experienced three stages,which are exploration and germination stage,popularization and development stage and quality upgrading stage.The cold chain logistics makes great achievements of continuous strengthening of cold chain infrastructure,rapid growth of transport and carrying capacity of sorting and packaging,and significant expansion of market scale.However,there are still obvious problems,such as unbalanced resource structure,complex intermediate links,difficulty in increasing enterprise revenue and profits,insufficient scientific and technological support,and lack of professionals.In light of these,we argue it is necessary to further strengthen the policy support for agricultural products cold chain logistics,reinforce the integration and docking of smart logistics and digital agriculture,and increase the exploration and practice of new standards,so as to continuously promote the new development of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Zhejiang.
