物流上市公司股权结构与公司业绩

采用2016-2019年物流上市公司的数据作为研究样本,从股权结构视角对物流上市公司业绩进行分析。研究表明:股权集中度、股权制衡度和机构投资者持股均与公司业绩呈显著的正相关,说明了一定程度股权集中对公司业绩有积极影响,适度的股权制衡有利于提升公司业绩,增加机构投资者持股可以改善公司业绩。

Equity Structure and Performance of Listed Logistics Enterprises

Using the data of listed logistics companies from 2016 to 2019 as the research sample,this paper analyzed the performance of these companies from the angle of equity structure.The findings showed that equity concentration,equity checks and balances,and institutional investor shareholding were all significantly positively correlated with company performance,indicating that a certain degree of equity concentration would positively affect company performance;appropriate equity checks and balances were conducive to improving company performance and increasing institutional investor shareholding could also improve company performance.
