| 摘 要： | 文章在阐明产业集群基本内涵的基础上,指出对产业集群进行宏观经济绩效研究的意义.以河北省辛集市皮革业集群为例,对低成本型产业集群的宏观经济绩效进行了评价,认为产业集群必须由低成本型升级为创新型才能实现宏观经济优化,具体措施包括生产要素从初级生产要素集中向高级生产要素主导转变,成长战略由低成本向差异化转变,生产组织形式由福特制向柔性专业化转变和制度环境从政府主导向行业组织为主转变等.

| Abstract: | Based on the basic connotation of industrial cluster,the signification of the research on industrial cluster under macroeconomic performance is pointed out.By taking the leather industry cluster in Xinji as example,after evaluating the performance of low cost industry clusters on a macroeconomic level,this paper indicates that low cost industry clusters have to take measures to find a way towards innovative production in order to achieve an optimization on the macroeconomic level.The necessary measures are ... |
