跨境电商统计方法改革研究

目前政府部门主流统计方法尚不能准确地反映出跨境电商全行业发展的实际情况。伴随着国家跨境电商综合试验区试点工作的全面展开,很有必要再次深入探讨现行的跨境电商统计体系。本文针对我国在跨境电子商务统计工作方面的理论研究和应用情况,从跨境电子商务统计的特殊性出发,首先分析了当前主管部门和研究机构各方发布的统计数据的瑕疵;然后提出了出口跨境电商统计方法的设计原则和标准;最后提出了现行跨境电商统计方法的改进设想和建议。

Research on the Reform Strategy of Cross-Border E-Commerce Statistics Method

These existing cross-border e-commerce statistical methods neither fully reflect the development status of broad cross-border e-commerce industry, nor provide stable data resource for government departments. In terms of the statistics application of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area in China, it is necessary to have an insight to this issue. Firstly, this paper analyzes the flaw of the current mainstream statistical methods from the administration and institutions on the basis of the cross-border e-commerce statistics features. Then, it puts forward the design principles and standards of export cross-border e-commerce statistical methods. Finally, it provides some suggestions for the improvement of cross-border e-commerce statistical methods.
